All genuine Parts are covered by our 24-month Parts Warranty so if anything needs repairing or replacing within that time, it will be done free of charge.
Roger Young pride ourselves on providing a convenient service. We can arrange to collect and deliver from your home or office, alternatively we can provide a suitable courtesy car.
From 1st July 2013 all new Jaguar vehicles have had their service history stored electronically on a secure database. Roger Young can access your service records and provide a print-out or electronic copy.
By having access to your business vehicles’ history, you or your Fleet Manager can ensure you don’t miss or repeat services, check when your next service is due as well as have access to proof of past services should you require work to be completed under warranty.
All new Jaguars come with our three-year manufacturer’s warranty. So if any part needs repairing or replacing due to a manufacturing defect, Roger Young will complete the work, using genuine Jaguar parts, free of charge.
Any Jaguar under warranty is also covered for 24-hour, 365-day roadside assistance anywhere in the UK and most of continental Europe.
