From the West – from the A38 turn right onto the B3271 – Liskeard Road, signposted ‘Latchbrook’ and follow the road around to the left.
Or from the A388 take the 2nd exit on Carkeel roundabout onto the B3271 towards Saltash. Passing the Spar depot on your right, take the 3rd exit on the next roundabout onto Burraton Road, we are the last right-hand-turn along this road, if you enter another roundabout you have gone too far.
From the East – following the A38 past Plymouth, continue over the Tamar Bridge and through the tunnel. At Carkeel roundabout take the 1st exit towards Saltash. Passing the Spar depot on your right, take the 3rd exit on the next roundabout onto Burraton Road, we are the last right-hand-turn along this road, if you enter another roundabout you have gone too far.
