Should you be unfortunate enough to be involved in a collision, Roger Young offer a complimentary Accident Aftercare service as part of our commitment to you. By calling our Accident Aftercare number we’ll ensure that your car is recovered directly to us, as an approved repair centre we can guarantee that your vehicle is repaired by trained technicians, using genuine Jaguar, Land Rover or Isuzu parts.

Accident Aftercare provides you with:

  • A replacement vehicle during the repair process
  • Assurance that your damaged vehicle will be directed to our approved repair centre
  • Representation in dealing with insurers
  • Access to professional legal advice for any uninsured loss or compensation queries

The Roger Young Body Repair Centre facility is based in Saltash, offering approved repairs throughout Devon and Cornwall. It is all newly refurbished and now has four paint spraying booths as well as the latest in body repair technology including alloy wheel refurbishment, window fitting and smart repair.

We have factory trained technicians who can carry out aluminium repairs in our isolated aluminium repair cabin, restoring your complex vehicle back to manufacturers specification using only genuine parts & factory repair methods.

If your unlucky enough to have an accident leaving your vehicle in need of repairs, your first instinct may be to call your insurance company. Our concern is that whilst you’ll be looking to see your car returned in its original condition quickly and painlessly they will be looking to get the work done at the best possible price. Only at an Approved Repairer will you receive a manufacturer Vehicle Repair Guarantee Certificate.

This certificate guarantees that your vehicle has been repaired to the high standards demanded by the manufacturer. It acts as your assurance that recognised repair techniques and Genuine Parts have been used throughout to maintain continuity of any existing Warranty.

Where body panels have been repaired or replaced, or paint surfaces re-sprayed, all work has been undertaken to minimise any effect on your car’s safety rating and body integrity. It also ensures the continuance of the relevant Corrosion (anti-perforation) and Paint Surface Warranty.

ALLOY WHEEL REFURBISHMENT

Dull, flaking, pitted alloys? We can refurbish your alloy wheels making an economical alternative to costly replacement.

We can repair minor scuffs and scratches and for an additional charge we can even give your wheels an individual finish with a High Gloss Black finish.
